Eyelash Extensions frequently asked questions

What are eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions enhance the length and thickness of your natural lashes for a fuller look. Applied individually to each lash, they provide a seamless, natural appearance—perfect for a low-maintenance beauty routine, especially during vacations.

Will they damage my natural lashes?
When applied by a trained professional, eyelash extensions won’t harm your natural lashes. Proper technique ensures they grow normally without irritation. Avoid rubbing, pulling, or removing them yourself. If needed, our licensed aesthetician can safely remove them.

How long do they last?
An initial set lasts up to two months, but we recommend touch-ups every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. Longevity depends on aftercare and your natural lash cycle.

Is the adhesive safe?
Yes! We use a medical-grade, formaldehyde-free adhesive that is safe and painless. The glue bonds to your lashes, not your skin, minimizing irritation.

How long does the process take?
A full set takes about 1.5 hours, while refills take under an hour if done every 2–3 weeks.

How should I prepare?
Arrive makeup-free for the best adhesion. If you wear contacts, remove them beforehand to prevent dryness.

Who isn’t a good candidate?
Extensions may not be ideal if you have very sensitive skin, severe allergies, watery eyes, fragile lashes, or no natural lashes.

Can I wear mascara?
We don’t recommend it—especially waterproof formulas—as most mascaras contain oils that weaken the adhesive and cause clumping.
